Brief Description of Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis, with the ability to leverage AI techniques to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that drive business success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Exploration and Preprocessing
- Work with large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and clean data for analysis.
Statistical Modeling
- Design and implement machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Apply statistical methodologies to analyze and interpret experimental and observational data.
Feature Engineering and Selection
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify relevant features for model development.
- Collaborate with domain experts to extract valuable insights and features.
Model Evaluation and Optimization
- Evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics.
- Optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
AI Solution Development
- Develop AI-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, machine learning engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Learning
- Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Share knowledge with the team through presentations, training sessions, and documentation.
Qualificationsand Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on AI..
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong background in statistical analysis
- Experience data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing and cleaning techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding in Conversational AI, RASA AI, MS Bot framework, IBM Watson system,3D experience
- Good Knowledge on NLP and Computer Vision is a plus
- Good understanding about keras, tensor flow, OpenCV and basic statistics.
- Experience with REST, GraphQL, SOAP
- Knowledge on ORACLE, My SQL.

Compensation
Annual Base: $100,000/37.45 hours per week
Up to 10% Annual Performance Bonus
