GESTION HYPERFORME is seeking an estimator to conduct all the position's duties. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team.

Shift: 40 Hours/Week – Full time
Hourly rate: $28.50 CAD / Hour
Main duties:
- Review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to understand the scope and requirements of the industrial painting project,
- Analyze the surface area and conditions to be painted, considering factors such as substrate type, existing coatings, and environmental conditions,
- Measure and quantify the materials required for the painting project, including paint, primers, coatings, and other supplies,
- Estimate the cost of materials, labour, and equipment needed for the project,
- Assess the manpower required for the project and estimate labour costs,
- Determine the equipment and tools necessary for the project and estimate associated costs,
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for paint, coatings, and other materials required for the project,
- Coordinate with subcontractors if specific aspects of the painting project are outsourced, such as sandblasting or surface preparation,
- Develop a comprehensive budget for the industrial painting project based on the estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and other associated costs,
- Prepare detailed and competitive project proposals for submission to clients or contractors,
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the projects and provide recommendations,
- Ensure that the painting project complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements,
Qualifications & skills:
- Minimum college diploma in civil/construction engineering is required,
- 3-5 years of related work experience,
- Good English knowledge is required,
