Job Responsibility: Welcome guests warmly and provide menus upon seating

  Offer informed recommendations and respond to inquiries about food and beverages

  Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff

  Suggest wine pairings that enhance the dining experience

 Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner

 Prepare and serve specialty dishes tableside as required

  Present checks, process payments, and thank patrons for their visit

  May be responsible for ordering and managing wine and glassware inventory
