- Take customer’s orders & serve customers at counters
- Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
- May receive payment for food items purchased
- Clean, peel, slice and trim food stuffs using manual and electric appliances
- Kitchen helper, wash and peel vegetables and fruits
- Wash work table, cupboards, appliances, remove trash and clean garbage containers
