Job Description:
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Order materials and supplies
- Resolve work-related problems
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise the activities of production workers
- Set up methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other units
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Prepare production and other reports
- Coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers
Work Setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening, afternoon, or on the weekends.
